No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

Exchanges Only

While refunds are not available, we do offer exchanges only, subject to eligibility requirements outlined in our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.
